Nan was the most incredible, kind, loving and caring woman. There wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do for the ones she loved, she would go above and beyond for any one of us, no matter what it was, she was there. Even through her own suffering she was always the light in the room and the one to make everyone laugh, the sound of her laugh was infectious, to be around her was just magical. I would do anything to hear your laugh, your voice, to hear you shouting down the stairs at me to put the washing on, or to turn the heating up because your were freezing even though it was 100 degrees. You taught me everything, except how to live without you. I feel so so blessed to have known you, loved you and to have been loved by you. I have so many wonderful memories to cherish forever and nothing can ever take that away. I honestly love you with all my heart and always will. How to go on without you is a challenge we all have to face, but I know you will be with us throughout life, and that’s what I’ll hold on to. I love you Nan. Kirst xxxx
